摘要
液压助力转向作为当前商用货车主流的转向型式,主要以匹配设计为主,判定匹配设计是否合理则需要通过试验验证,因此,制定一套液压助力转向系统的测试评价方法是必要的。通过对液压助力转向系统匹配设计的系统问题分析,确定了系统负荷、流量及散热能力是影响系统性能的主要因素,以此为研究对象制定了一套液压助力转向系统的测试评价方法。阐述了试验条件、传感器布置、测试方法及评价指标,并推荐了相应的判定标准,通过实测某车型液压助力转向系统验证了测试方法的可行性与适用性。
Hydraulic power steering is the current mainstream of commercial truck steering type,it mainly focuses on matching design,and tests are needed to determine whether the matching design is reasonable,so it is necessary to develop a set of methods for hydraulic power steering system evaluation. Through introducing the matching design of hydraulic power steering system and the analysis of the problem,it is confirmed that the system load,flow rate and heat dissipation capability are the main influence factors on the system performance,as the research object,a set of hydraulic power steering system evaluation method is founded. The test conditions,sensor arrangement,test methods and evaluation indicators are expounded,and the corresponding criterion is recommended,the feasibility and applicability of this test method is verified by test of a truck.
