摘要 在无碳小车下坡自动液体阻尼减速机构设计中,对于无碳小车下坡时的减速技术是关键,针对只能使用重力势能减速的问题,考虑了车体重量、结构、纯机械、无操作等核心内容,利用液体在倾斜平面上由高到低流动的特性,采用了下坡自动阻尼减速机构控制液体流动的方向增加车轮摩擦力的方法,在实际制作实验过程中成功减速,并且在规避障碍的过程中达到了满意的结果,因此得出该机构设计方案切实可行的结论。 In the design of automatic liquid damping deceleration mechanism for carbon free car downhill,the key to deceleration technology is to reduce the downhill of Non-Carbon Cars. In view of the problem that reduction can only be achieved by using the gravitational potential energy,the key factors such as the body weight,structure,pure machinery and no operation are considered,and with the characteristics of the liquid always flows from high to low on a inclined plane,we use the automatic damping deceleration mechanism of the downhill to increase the friction force of the wheel and this was achieved during the actual production experiment,and also obtained satisfactory results in avoiding the obstacles. Therefore,it is concluded that the design scheme of the mechanism is feasible.
