基于PLC的多参数控制电厂加药系统设计

摘要 针对人工加药精度不够,pH参数变化大的问题,研制了一套多参数控制的自动加药系统。本文从控制原理出发,研究电厂加药的控制部分,从硬件以及软件两方面阐述了加药系统的组成、功能以及设计思路,最终某电厂的实际运行结果表明,多参数控制电厂加药系统能够通过WinCC来实现对生产现场的监控以及pH曲线实时观察的功能。 Aiming at the problem of the insufficient for accuracy of artificial dosage and the change of p H parameter, a set of automatic drug adding system with multi-parameter control was developed This paper mainly studied the control part of power plant plus medicine, expatiated the function and designed idea of the medicine system from two aspects of hardware and software Finally, the actual operation results indicated that The multi parameter control power plant system can realize the monitoring of the production site and the real-time observation of the p H curve through the WinCC.
