摘要
本文研究在各种因素下禁摩限电的问题,利用层次分析法解决交通堵塞这一问题。首先,对问题进行合理的假设,建立系统的递阶层次结构;其次,由上至下对同层次的各元素之间相对于上一层中某一准则的重要性进行两两比较,建立比较判别矩阵;然后,分别由比较判别矩阵用MATLAB软件计算被比较元素对相应准则的权重,并进行判别矩阵的一致性检验;最后,计算各层次元素对系统目标的总排序权重,并进行总一致性检验。
This paper studies the public power in a variety of factors, using AHP to solve the problem of traffic jam First of all, a reasonable assumption for the problem, the establishment of a hierarchical structure of the system; secondly, from top to bottom between elements to the same level with respect to the importance of a criterion on a layer of the 22 comparison, comparison of discriminant matrix is established; then, by comparison of discriminant matrix was calculated by using MATLAB software to compare elements for corresponding standard weight, and check the consistency of judgement matrix; finally, the total order weight calculation of the level of elements on the target system, and the total consistency test .
