国土“三生空间”分类及其功能评价 被引量:46

摘要 随着经济的高速发展,资源衰竭、环境退化、人地关系日趋紧张、空间开发无序、空间结构失衡等问题愈发突出。针对上述问题,在地理国情普查的基础上,结合普查内容构建了"三生"(生产、生活、生态)空间分类体系,实现了图斑尺度的"三生"分类,并提出了基于格网的核密度方法来分析各类用地的空间格局;同时,以生产、生活、生态功能为基础,构建了"三生功能"评价指标体系,实现了各评价单元的功能评价。选取了武汉作为重点研究区,研究成果可为我国土地利用规划提供参考,同时可作为完善土地学科理论体系的一种有效补充,有效地推动地理国情普查数据的研究应用进程。 With the rapid development of the economy,the problems of resource failure,environment degradation,relationship tension between human and land,space development disorder and spatial structure imbalance become more and more obvious. In view of the above problems, this paper creates the production-living-ecological classification system combining census content on basis of geographical conditions survey,which achieves classification in microcosmic polygon degree. It also puts forward the kernel density method based on grid to analyze the spatial distribution. Simultaneously, on basis of production, living and ecological function, this paper creates functional evaluation index system to achieve functional evaluation of each evaluation unit. This paper selects Wuhan as the research area. The results can provide reference for land use planning of China. It can not only be used as an effective supplement to perfect the theoretical system of land discipline but also promote the process of research on application of geography national census data effectively.
