摘要
主要介绍和分析了空间站用线缆的现状,以及线缆中的氟化物析出对空间站的影响。选取目前空间站用量最大的低频导线-C-XX系列宇航用电线电缆作为研究对象,对影响其X-ETFE材料中氟化物析出的因素进行了分析;基于空间站特定的环境,设计了氟化物析出量的验证试验方案,并对试验结果进行了系统的分析和研究,确定了影响线缆氟化物析出量的关键因素,为后续空间站选用低氟化物析出量线缆提供了理论基础和研究方向。
The present situation of cable for space station and the influence of fluoride precipitation from cable on space station are mainly introduced and analyzed. Taking the most widely used low-frequency wire in space station, namely C-XX series aerospace wire and cable,as the research object, the factors that influence the precipitation of fluoride in X-ETFT materials are analyzed. The verification schemes of fluoride precipitation are designed based on the specific environment of space station, and the test results are systematically analyzed and studied,and the key factors that influence the fluoride precipitation of the cable are determined,which provides the theoretical basis and research direction for selecting the low-fluoride precipitation cable for the space station in future.
