摘要 以效能和效能指标来表征装备系统的价值,此方法已成为业界人士的共识。效能分析评估不仅能够决策装备系统的研发方案,并且能够使装备系统的特性参数综合优化。以直升机为例,详细地介绍了基于线性权重分析的直升机特性参数综合优化和效能分析评估方法,期望能为其他装备系统的特性综合优化和效能评估提供有益的参考。 It has become the consensus of the industry to characterize the value of the equipment system with effectiveness and effectiveness index. Efficiency analysis and evaluation can not only decide the RD plan of the equipment system, but also optimize the characteristic parameters of the equipment system. Taking helicopter as an example, the comprehensive optimization and efficiency analysis and evaluation method of helicopter characteristic parameters based on linear weight analysis are introduced. And it is expected to provide an useful reference for the characteristics comprehensive optimization and performance evaluation of other equipment systems.
