航天器用抗辐照FPGA器件需求型谱设计方法研究

摘要 现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)是一种可编程使用的信号处理器件,目前抗辐照FPGA已经在航天器中大量地应用。根据元器件需求型谱设计的原则,从FPGA技术发展现状和趋势分析、FPGA器件当前和未来需求分析和FPGA型谱指标设计等方面出发,对航天器用抗辐照FPGA器件的需求型谱设计方法进行了研究,对于实现航天器用抗辐照FPGA器件的标准化、系列化和国产化,推动航天器用关键元器件自主可控发展具有重要的意义。 FPGA is a kind of programmable signal processor, and anti-radiation FPGA is widely used in spacecraft. According to the design principle of demand spectrum of components, the design method of the demand spectrum of anti-radiation FPGA for spacecraft is studied based on the analysis of development status and trend of FPGA technology, the current and future requirements analysis of FPGA products and the index design of FPGA spectrum, which is of great significance to realize the standardization, serialization and localization of anti-radiation FPGA devices for spacecraft and to promote the autonomous and controllable development of the key components for spacecraft.
