零缺陷理论三大工具的应用研究

Research on the Application of Three Major Tools of Zero Defect Theory

为了提高企业员工的工作质量,提升企业的竞争力,对零缺陷理论的三大工具在工作中的应用进行了深入的研究。对零缺陷理念进行了简要介绍,着重研究了零缺陷理念的三大工具,即过程模式作业表、衡量作业表和PONC统计表。结合实际案例对三大工具的应用进行了分析和研究。结果表明,过程模式作业表、衡量作业表和PONC统计表是改进个人工作质量和企业整体效益的有效工具。

In order to improve the quality of employees＇ work and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, the application of the three tools of zero defect theory is studied in depth. The concept of zero defect theory is introduced briefly, and the three major tools of zero defect theory,namely process model worksheet, measurement worksheet and statistical table of PONC, are studied in particular. Besides, combining with actual cases, the application of three major tools is analyzed and studied. The results show that process model worksheet, measurement worksheet and statistical table of PONC are effective tools to improve the quality of personal work and the overall effectiveness of enterprises.
