脾脏囊性病变的CT、MRI表现

CT and MRI findings of cystic lesions of the spleen

目的探讨脾脏囊性病变的CT、MRI表现,以提高对本病的诊断及鉴别诊断。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2017年8月17例经手术病理证实的脾脏囊性病变的影像学表现。所有病例均完成CT平扫和增强扫描,其中2例行MRI检查。结果脾脏囊性病变17例,其中脾脏单纯性囊肿2例,假性囊肿1例,间皮囊肿1例,血管瘤6例,淋巴管瘤2例,血管淋巴管瘤5例,脾脏囊性病变的大小、囊壁、密度或信号、强化方式和程度等影像学特征有助于脾脏囊性病变的鉴别。结论根据脾脏囊性病变某些特征性的CT、MRI表现,术前可作出正确诊断,为临床治疗提供依据。

Objective To discuss the CT and MRI features of cystic lesions of the spleen（ CLS） and further improve the understanding of CLS imaging features. Methods Imaging findings were retrospectively reviewed in 17 patients with CLS proved by surgical pathology. Plain and enhancement CT was performed in all patients,and MRI scan was performed in 2 cases. Results CLS was confirmed in 17 patients,including 2 simple cysts,1 pseudocyst,1 mesothelial cyst,6 hemangiomas,2 lymphangiomas and 5 hemolymphangioms. The imaging characteristics in size,cyst wall,density or signal,and enhancement feature discriminated CLS. Conclusion CT and MRI characteristic findings could help make correct diagnosis in preoperation and provide theoretical basis for clinic therapeutic.
