高水头地质条件下的垂直顶升施工技术应用与探索

摘要 北海市铁山港区污水处理厂的尾水排海管工程需要在高水头复杂地质条件下垂直顶升29根φ500 mm的竖向排污管,施工过程中面临竖管穿越中粗砂层时导致止水密封磨损大、因地质坚硬且层厚导致顶升力过大、竖向管节数量多导致顶升工效低等问题。为此,通过重新设计洞口止水装置、海上引孔降低顶升力、更新顶升平台设计以减少管节数量等方式,最终取得了较好的施工效果。 The tail-water drainage pipe project of the Tieshan Port sewage treatment plant in Beihai City needs to have a vertical jacking of 29φ500 mm sewage pipes under the complex high water head geological conditions. During construction process, there were many difficulties including high wear of waterproof sealing while vertical pipe going through medium-coarse sand, over large lifting force because of hard geology and thick layers, and low lifting efficiency caused by large numbers of vertical pipe joints. Finally, better construction results have been achieved by redesigning the water-stop device at the hole-opening, reducing the lifting force at the sea guide hole, and updating the design of the jacking platform to reduce the number of pipe joints.
