A Study on the Supply Mechanism of Governmental Public Information Service

政府公共信息是由政府部门提供的,政府机关及其他公共领域拥有的、公开的、为公众所共享的信息。政府是最大的公共信息资源拥有方,而公共信息服务的"公共性"决定了政府必须作为主要角色参与其供给。当前,政府公共信息服务供给存在诸多亟需解决的问题,应从政府主体的角度出发,通过完善需求表达机制、构建长效支撑机制、建立统筹协调机制、健全信息救济机制,改革与完善政府公共信息服务供给在信息需求、信息保障、信息存储、信息传播与利用层面的不足。

It’s seems that governmental public information has been supplied by government that government and other public domain have been owned, published and shared for the public. The government has owned the most public information resources, however, publicity of public information service has determined the government must get supplied as major character. Nowadays, it also has problems urgently needed to solve in governmental public information service supply. From the government angle, by improving the expression mechanism, building long-effect mechanism, establishing coordination mechanism and sound information relief mechanism w should build and perfect the inadequacies of government public information service supply in information need, information assurance, information storage, information transfer and utilization.
