面向柔性提升的生产单元仿真建模及评价方法研究

Research on the evaluation method of modeling and simulation for the manufacturing cells flexibility

为提高生产单元柔性,首先在考虑人、机、料、法、环等因素的基础上,提出了生产单元仿真建模的方法;其次,从生产单元个体效率、整体效率和整体稳定性3个层面评价单元仿真建模效果;最后,将所研究的面向柔性提升的生产单元建模及评价方法应用于某机加生产单元。仿真结果表明,采用所提仿真建模及评价方法构建生产单元柔性较高,其个体效率、整体效率和整体稳定性优于以往生产单元绩效。

To improve the flexibility of manufacturing cells,the man,machine,material,method and environment were considered firstly. And the modeling and simulation of manufacturing cells were proposed. Then,we evaluated the performance of modeling and simulation from individual efficiency,overall efficiency and overall stability of manufacturing cells. And the evaluation method for the flexible manufacturing cells was applied to some machining manufacturing cells. The simulation results showed that individual efficiency,overall efficiency and overall stability of manufacturing cells were better than before,because the evaluation method could increase the flexibility of manufacturing cells.
