宽叶蓝靛果叶片不同海拔和郁闭度的遗传变异研究 被引量:5

摘要 叶片受控于植物遗传特性,其表型是植物遗传变异和环境差异的共同反映。通过对宽叶蓝靛果不同因子条件下叶片性状变异的研究,为优良种源选择提供依据。通过对相关指数的测算最终得到以下结论:(1)宽叶蓝靛果叶片形态在一定海拔区间内相对稳定,而在高海拔条件下会产生一定变异,但这种变异不会对群落总体遗传性产生影响。(2)对不同郁闭度条件下叶片测算表明,在郁闭度小于0.5条件下叶片不会产生较大差异,但郁闭度过大时叶片会受到一定影响。(3)对SLA和LDMC指数进行计算表明,海拔高度的改变不会对叶片产生实质影响,但两指数会随郁闭度的改变而呈现梯度变化,这一现象可以理解为植物进化过程中的生理对策。 The leaves are controlled by plant genetic characteristics and their phenotype is a common reflection of plant genetic variation and environmental differences. By studying the variation of leaf traits under different factors of wide-leaf lonicera it could provide the basis for the selection of good provenances- In this paper, the following conclusions are finally obtained through the calculation of the related index. (1) The wide-leaf loniceral leaf moiphology is relatively stable in a certaltitude range, while in high altitude conditions will have some variation, but this variation will not affect the whole community of genetic. (2) The calculation of leaf under different canopy density shows that the leaf will produce much difference when the canopy density is less than 0.5, but when the canopy density is too large, the leaf will be affected to some extent. Computation of SLA and LDMC index shows that the change of altitude will not have a real impact on the leaf, but the two indices will change gradient with the change of canopy density. This phenomenon can be interpreted as the physiological countermeasure in plant evolution.
