膝关节周围骨折合并血管神经损伤50例临床治疗研究

Clinical Study of 50 Cases of Periarticular Fractures of the Knee Combined with Vascular and Nerve Injuries

目的探讨膝关节周围骨折合并血管神经损伤的临床治疗方法与效果。方法选择河南省焦作市人民医院2012年4月~2016年4月接诊的膝关节周围骨折合并血管神经损伤共计50例患者进行研究,纳入研究对象临床资料完整,回顾性分析他们的临床资料,根据受伤情况采取骨折复位与血管及神经修复等疗法治疗,观察记录患者患肢运动功能与神经功能恢复情况。结果 50例患者最终有6例截肢,剩余44例患者患肢完全成活,无并发症发生,治愈率为(88.00%);50例患者神经最终恢复良好42例,治愈率(84.00%)。结论膝关节周围骨折合并血管神经损伤采取骨折复位与血管及神经修复等治疗,患肢运动功能与神经功能均恢复良好,安全性高,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the clinical treatment and effect of knee-peripheral fracture combined with vascular or nerve injury. Methods Selected 50 patients in Jiaozuo in Henan province people’s hospital from April 2012 to April 2016 accepts, who was suffered from the knee joint fracture combing with blood vessels or nerve damage. These clinical data included in the object of study is complete, and would be retrospectively analyzed. According to different therapy, we will research the effect and observe the recovery conditions. Results In the 50 cases, there were 6 amputations, and the remaining 44 patients were fully alive with no complications, so the cure rate was 88.00%.Finally, as for the recovery of nerve in the 50 patients, 42 cases were recovered and the effective rate was 84.00%. Conclusion Fracture reduction and vascular and nerve repair were performed in the peripheral fractures of the knee joint, and these functions including nerve and sports function would be repaired well. In addition, this method is very safe and is worthy of applying.
