宫腔球囊填塞术和宫腔塞纱术治疗剖宫产产后出血的临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis of Intrauterine Balloon Tamponade and Intrauterine Gauze in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage of Cesarean Section

目的探讨宫腔球囊填塞术和宫腔塞纱术治疗剖宫产产后出血的临床效果。方法选择本院2016年04月~2017年04月间收治的剖宫产产后出血患者68例,随机分为两组,常规组34例,采用宫腔塞纱术治疗;研究组34例,采用宫腔球囊填塞术治疗,对比两组患者手术治疗后的止血效果。结果研究组产后2h、24h出血量均明显低于常规组,对比组间出血量,结果发现差异意义显著(P<0.05)。结论采用宫腔球囊填塞术治疗剖宫产产后出血患者,可有效减低术后2h、24h的出血量,治疗结果明显好于宫腔塞纱术,且此种术式操作简单,具备临床推广价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of uterine balloon tamponade and intrauterine gauze in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section. Methods Sixty-eight cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were collected and divided into control group and experimental group according to computer random method, with each group 34 cases. The patients in the control group received intrauterine gauze treatment, and the patients in the experimental group received intrauterine balloon tamponade treatment. The results of surgical treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The amount of postpartum hemorrhage of 2 h and 24 h in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference of blood loss between the two groups was significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The use of intrauterine balloon tamponade in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section could effectively reduce the amount of bleeding after 2 h and 24 h. The result of treatment was obviously better than that of intrauterine gauze, and the operation was simple, which had the value of clinical promotion.
