探究分析子宫内膜息肉患者应用宫腔镜诊治的临床疗效

To Investigate and Analyze the Clinical Efficacy of Hysteroscopy in 68 Patients with Endometrial Polyps

目的分析探讨宫腔镜诊治子宫内膜息肉患者的临床疗效。方法选取2014年5月~2015年5月本院68例采用宫腔镜诊治的子宫内膜息肉患者(试验组)和68例采用传统的刮宫术诊治的患者(对照组)为研究对象,比较两组患者的出血量、手术时间和临床疗效。结果对照组患者手术时间(25.37±5.59)min和出血量(44.32±8.94)mL明显高于试验组患者的手术时间(16.35±4.37)min和出血量(33.81±7.03)mL,试验组患者总有效率(89.71%)明显高于对照组患者的总有效率(64.71%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在宫腔镜下治疗子宫内膜息肉临床效果显著,明显的降低手术时间和出血量,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of hysteroscopy in 68 patients with endometrial polyps. Methods From May 2014 to May 2015, 68 cases of endometrial polyps（experimental group） and 68 patients treated with traditional curettage（control group） were enrolled in our hospital. The bleeding volume, operation time and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time（（25.37 ＋ 5.59） min） and the amount of bleeding（44.32 ＋ 8.94） mL in the control group were significantly higher than those in the experimental group（16.35 ＋ 4.37） min and the amount of bleeding（33.81 ＋ 7.03） mL. The total effective rate of the experimental group（89.71%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（64.71%）, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Hysteroscopic treatment of endometrial polyps clinical effect was significant, with the reduction of the length of operation and bleeding volume, which was worthy of clinical use.
