摘要
目的探究儿童食物不耐受的影响因素,制定相应防止措施。方法筛选在本院接受治疗的疑似食物不耐受患儿168例作为研究对象,利用ELISA方法检测IgG抗体浓度,分析儿童食物不耐受影响因素。将阳性患儿分为对照组和观察组,两组患儿均禁食不耐受食物,观察组患儿辅助开展双歧活菌制剂进行治疗,比较治疗有效率。结果儿童食物不耐受的影响因素为年龄、食物不耐受家族史、喂养方式、父母文化程度。三个月后,观察组患儿的治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论对于食物不耐受患儿应从饮食调整和药物治疗两方面制定相应防止措施,以帮助患儿减轻临床症状。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of children’s food intolerance, and to formulate corresponding prevention measures. Methods 168 children with suspected food intolerance treated in our hospital were selected as research subjects. ELISA assay was used to detect the concentration of Ig G antibody and the influence factors of food intolerance in children were analyzed. The positive children were divided into the control group and the experimental group. Two groups of children were all fasting intolerance foods. The children in the experimental group were also assisted in the treatment of bifidobacteria. The treatment efficiency of the two groups was compared. Results The factors affecting food intolerance in children were age, family history of food intolerance, feeding style, parents’ educational level. After three months, the effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P 〈 0.001). Conclusion For children with food intolerance, the corresponding prevention measures should be formulated from dietary adjustment and drug treatment to help children to alleviate clinical symptoms.
