摘要
目的探讨健康教育在骨折护理中的效果。方法选择2013年4月~2015年5月在本院住院治疗的骨折患者120例作为研究对象,按照数字随机分组的方式,分为实验组和对照组各60例,对照组予以骨科常规的专科护理,实验组在对照组的护理基础上进行健康教育,观察两组患者在平均住院日、术后并发症及护理满意度的差异。结果实验组的平均住院日明显短于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05);实验组的并发症发生情况明显优于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05);实验组的患者满意度和对照组比较具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在骨折的护理中,对患者进行健康教育,可以减少患者术后并发症,改善预后,缩短平均住院日,提高护理满意度,具有推广价值。
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of health education in fracture nursing. Methods120 patients with fractures in our hospital from April 2013 to may 2015 were selected as research subjects. According to the method of digital randomization, 120 cases were divided into the study group and the control group,with 60 cases in each. The control group received routine nursing care,while the study group were conducted health education on the basis of nursing, and then we observed the difference of average length of stay, postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results The average hospital day of the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the differences were significant(P 〈 0.05). The complications of the study group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the differences were significant(P 〈 0.05). The study group’s patient satisfaction was significantly different from the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion In the nursing of fracture, the health education of patients can reduce the postoperative complications, improve the prognosis, shorten the average length of stay,and improve the satisfaction of nursing.It has the promotion and application value.
