Results After receiving different nursing care, the survival rate, quality of survival and satisfaction of patients were different in both groups,, the data of the experimental group were significantly better than that of the control group, there were statically significant when data comparison results were(P 〈0.05). Conclusion The use of high quality nursing care in the treatment of acute traumatic shock in emergency, can effectively improve the success rate of rescue, so that not only more patients can survive, but also to a certain extent improve the quality of life of patients, effectively promote the relationship between patients and medical staff, reduce the occurrence of medical disputes, it is worthy of wide clinical application so that more patients can benefit.
