摘要
采用高温固相法合成了荧光粉基质NaLa_9(SiO_4)_6O_2,制备NaLa_(9(1-x))(SiO_4)_6O_2:9xDy^(3+)系列白色荧光粉,并通过X射线衍射仪、荧光光谱仪等仪器对样品的晶体结构和发光性能进行了表征。X射线衍射结果表明,本次试验成功制备了NaLa_(9(1-x))(SiO_4)_6O_2:9xDy^(3+)荧光粉;荧光光谱表明,该荧光粉的最佳掺杂摩尔分数x=0.03。
A series of rare-earth luminescent materials NaLa9(SiO4)6O2:Dy^3+ phosphors were synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction method. The structure and luminescent properties of these phosphors were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and luminescent spectra. The results of XRD show that NaLa9(1-x)(SiO4)6O2:9xDy^3+ phosphors have been synthesized successfully. The results of fluorescence spectra show that the optimum doping concentration x(Dy^3+) = 0. 03 for phosphors NaLa9(1-x)(SiO4)6O2:9xDy^3+,respectively.
