摘要
从酚类化合物的提取、鉴定以及总酚含量和单种酚含量的测定等方面,对含油植物包括抗癌、抗病毒、抗氧化、降血糖、降血脂和抗炎活性等功效进行综述。研究表明,含油植物中的酚类化合物由于其特有的感官和营养功能,而被认为是重要的微量食物成分,并且被用作食物或食物配料的优质原料,对含油植物中游离酚和结合酚的分布、鉴定和存在状态应进行深入研究。
The effects of oleaginous plants such as anti-cancer,anti-virus,anti-oxidation,hypoglycemic,hypolipidemic and anti-inflammatory activity were reviewed from the perspective of extraction and identification of phenolic compounds,the determination of total phenolic content and single phenol content. The results have shown that phenolic compounds in oleaginous plants are important food ingredients due to its unique sensory and nutritional function,and are used as raw materials with high quality for food or food ingredients. The distribution,identification and existence of free phenol and phenol in oleaginous plants should be studied.
