习近平指出,意识形态阵地包括红色、黑色和灰色三个地带,必须加强意识形态阵地建设和管理。为了高效地开展意识形态工作,首先要摸清意识形态阵地的复杂情况;其次要用好唯物辩证法,掌握意识形态阵地工作的主动权;再次是坚守红色主阵地,开拓意识形态正能量源泉,并且压缩黑色地盘,筑牢抵制极端思想的坚固屏障,同时转化灰色地带,增强广大群众的思想免疫力。

Xi Jinping has pointed out that the ideological front consists of three belts： the red,the black and the gray,and the building and management of ideological front must be strengthened. To effectively carry out the ideological work,we should： first,understand the complexity of ideological front; second,make good use of materialist dialectics and take the initiative of the ideological work; third,stand our ground in the red belt and build the source of ideological positive energy,compress the black belt and consolidate the barrier blocking extremist thoughts,and transform the gray belt and enhance the ideological immunity of the vast people.
