农村贫困户意识贫困的成因及帮扶路径

The Causes of Poor People's Consciousness Poverty in Rural Areas and Paths for Poverty Alleviation

当前,贫困人口主要集中在能力贫困、意识贫困等深度贫困群体。群众的意识贫困主要是由于信息闭塞,传统意识浓厚,信心不足,奋斗精神不强,方向迷茫,责任意识缺乏等原因造成的。扶贫应针对群众意识贫困的不同原因,通过精神"输血",把扶志、扶智结合起来,注重在行动上组织,激活贫困户脱贫的能动性,提升其自我发展能力,走出帮扶时脱贫、不帮扶时再度返贫的恶性循坏。把乡村振兴和扶贫攻坚结合起来,营造良好的脱贫氛围,确保整体脱贫,共同富裕。

At present,a lot of the poor people are groups of in-depth poverty such as ability poverty and consciousness poverty. The people ’s consciousness poverty is mainly caused by block of information,traditional mind,inadequacy of confidence,weak spirit of struggle,lost in direction,and lack of sense of responsibility.Aimed at the different causes of consciousness poverty,spiritual blood transfusion,combination of will and intelligent assistances,organization of actions,activation of poor people’s initiative and other measures should be taken to improve their self-development abilities,and overcome the dilemma of return to poverty when assistances are cancelled. The revitalization of rural areas should be combined with poverty alleviation to build a good atmosphere of getting rich and ensure common prosperity.
