十八大以来习近平精准扶贫思想的内涵研究综述

A Summary of Studies in the Connotation of Xi Jinping Thought on Precise Poverty Alleviation since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC

党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央遵循实事求是、因地制宜的基本原则和发展规律,不断汲取马克思主义经典作家的智慧结晶,在扶贫开发的长期实践中总结提炼出精准扶贫、精准脱贫的科学论断,丰富和发展了习近平扶贫开发理论体系,成为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。目前学术界围绕习近平精准扶贫思想的主体内容、逻辑结构及价值功能进行了科学阐述,取得了大量有价值、共识性的研究成果,为今后的深入研究提供了理论依据。

Since the Eighteenth National Congress,the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core,in accordance with the basic principle and development law of being realistic and adapting to local conditions,has continuously absorbed the crystallized wisdom of Marxist classic writers,refined the scientific argument on precise poverty alleviation and precise poverty overcoming out of the long-term practice of poverty reduction development,and enriched and developed Xi Jinping’s theoretical system on poverty alleviation development,which becomes an important component of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. Focusing on the major content,logic structure,and value and function of Xi Jinping thought on poverty alleviation,the academia has made much scientific interpretation and achieved lots of valuable products of common understanding,which provide a theoretical foundation for further research in the future.
