摘要 目的分析国内线粒体自噬的相关文献的计量学特征,探讨其研究热点和发展方向。方法基于CNKI数据库,采用文献计量学的方法对目前国内有关线粒体自噬的文献进行统计分析,获得可视化信息。结果检索2004-01-01至2017-09-01发表的文献,共获文献383篇。年度发文量2013年以后增长明显加快。研究涉及学科以医学学科为主,多集中在神经病学、肿瘤学、内分泌学及全身性疾病、心血管系统疾病等学科。"Pink1-Parkin"、"帕金森病"、"氧化应激"、"凋亡"等关键词共现频次较高。结论近几年国内对线粒体自噬的研究发展迅速,线粒体自噬与氧化应激及相关反应的关系、Pink1-Parkin途径、线粒体自噬与凋亡的诱发和交互作用可能成为线粒体自噬的研究热点和发展趋势。 Objective To analyze the metrological characteristics of related literatures of mitochondrial autophagy in China, and to explore its research hotspots and development direction. Methods Based on CNKI database, bibliometrics method was used to analyze the literature of mitochondrial autophagy in China, and the visual information was obtained. Results 383 literatures published from 2004-01-01 to 2017-09-01 were included. Annual publish increased significantly after 2013. The papers mainly focused on neurology, oncology, endocrine glands and systemic diseases, cardiovascular disease and other disciplines. Co-occurrence frequency of "Pink1-Parkin", "Parkinson's disease", "oxidative stress", "apoptosis" and other keywords was higher. ConclusionIn recent years, study of mitochondrial autophagy has been rapid developed. The relationship between mitochondrial autophagy with oxidative stress and related reactions, the Pink1-Parkin pathway, the induced and interacting action of mitochondrial autophagy and apoptosis may be the research hotspots and trends of mitochondrial autophagy.
