关于开放大学建设模式的思考

Reflections on the Construction Mode of Open University

党的十九大报告和《教育部关于"十三五"时期高等学校设置工作的意见》,为现有的广播电视大学提供了未来发展的方向,建设开放大学必然成为各广播电视大学的努力目标。开放大学建设必须遵循开放性、信息化、多样化的基本理念,建设满足学习者自主学习需要的从入学到毕业完善的运行机制和保障体系。

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the ＂ Opinions of the Ministry of Education on the Work of Setting Up Colleges and Universities in the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan Period＂ provide an orientation for future development of the existing radio and television universities. The construction of open university will inevitably become a goal of a radio and television university＇s. Open university construction must follow the basic concepts of openness,information,and diversification,and build an operating mechanism and a guarantee system that meets the needs of learners for independent learning from entry to graduation.
