Liu Yong was the ＂ father of the sound-reliance family＂ of the Northern Song Dynasty＇s graceful and restrained poetic genre. The word ＂ new＂ included outstanding achievements of his whole life. This article explores the innovation of Liu Ci from the language and art,and explains how Liu Ci develops a new era of Song Ci.
