摘要
海绵城市是生态文明理念在城市建设中的重要体现,是综合解决涉水城市病的有效抓手,在规划阶段应遵循因地制宜的基本原则。本文深入分析了天津市北辰区的自身条件和主要问题,以解决城市自身问题为主要导向,探讨了海绵城市总体布局、系统构建、近期建设计划等规划内容的编制方法,希望为业界规划编制、建设管理等工作提供参考和指导。
Sponge city is an important embodiment of ecological civilization in urban construction. It is also an effective solution to urban water-related problem. The basic principle of adapting to local conditions should be followed in the planning stage. Based on the problem-oriented guideline, this paper first provides an in-depth analysis of general conditions and major issues in Beichen District of Tianjin and discusses the planning methods of sponge city in the fields of general layout, system building, short-term construction schedule-so as to provide reference and guidance for planning work and construction management.
