摘要 针对智能机器视觉领域图像采集系统要求高分辨率、高帧率、低功耗、低成本、应用灵活等特点,给出一种基于全局像元CMOS图像传感器ISG4006,应用FPGA与USB3.0等芯片的图像采集设计方案。实际测试结果表明,该方案能够快速、准确地采集并发送图像数据,并且可在PC机上实时显示处理,帧率较高,方案可靠,完全满足实际工程需求。 Aiming at the features of high resolution, high frame rate, low power consumption, low cost and flexible application in the field of intelligent machine vision, the image acquisition system is designed, which is based on the global pixel CMOS image sensor ISG4006 and using FPGA,USB3.0 and other chips. The actual test results show that the scheme can quickly and accurately collect and send image data and display on the PC in real time. Also, the frame rate is high, the design is Reliable. The design fully meet the actual needs of the project.
