潜油电动螺杆泵减速器保护器注油装置的研制与应用

Development and application of the lubricating device for a traditional submersible electric screw pumpreducer

针对传统潜油电动螺杆泵现场应用中存在的问题,研制了可从地面定期更换润滑油的潜油减速器保护器注油装置。现场应用表明,该装置很好地实现了潜油减速器保护器内润滑油的定期更换,极大地改善了减速器齿轮与止推轴承的工作环境,能够大幅延长潜油螺杆泵机组无故障运转周期,经济效益和社会效益显著。该装置具有结构简单、操作方便、使用寿命长、成本低及可靠性强等特点。

To be aimed at the problems existing in the field application of the traditional submersible electric screw pump, a lubricating device for a submersible reducer, which can change lubricating oil regularly from the ground, has been developed. The field application shows that regular replacement of the device to achieve a good oil lubricating oil in the gear protector device, greatly improved the gear reducer and thrust bearing working environment, can significantly extend the submersible screw pump operation cycle, have good economic and social benefit. The device has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, long service life, low cost, and strong reliability.
