摘要
通过数值模拟和实验证明,在取阴极电势低于50V且辅助极电势低于阴极电势时,DL-8型高压强电离真空计可获得与现有电极电势配置相当甚至更高的测量灵敏度.这一现象可以用新的电极电势配置下电场对阳极接近柱对称,使电子可以有更长的轨迹来解释.
The sensitivity of DL-8 high-pressure ionization gauge could achieve or exceed the sensitivity of current configuration with cathode potential lower than 50 Vand auxiliary electrode potential less than cathode potential.Numerical simulations and experiments verified the existence of such state,and qualitative explanation was proposed that the length of electron path were longer in such configuration due to the cylindrical symmetrical electrical field near the anode.
