摘要
基于单片机技术对第一代磁力平衡悬梁式液体界面张力测量仪进行了改进,通过引入无超调变积分系数PI(比例-积分)控制器以及窗口算法,不仅实现了单摆式悬梁水平的自动控制,而且实现了液膜破裂的自动判断.通过上述改进,有效地减小了仪器的操作难度,提高了测量效率和准确度.
Based on the single-chip microcomputer technique,the first-generation magnetic balance cantilever-type liquid interfacial tensiometer was improved.By introducing an overshoot-free proportional-integral(PI)controller with variable integral coefficient and a window algorithm,the automatic balance of single-pendulum cantilever was achieved,and the burst of liquid membrane was correctly judged.As a result,the experimental difficulty was reduced,and the measuring efficiency and accuracy were improved.
