摘要
探究了地方应用型大学转型发展中辅导员队伍建设的现状与问题,剖析了问题存在的宏观与微观成因,分别从明确转型发展任务、制定出台辅导员队伍建设规划和保障制度,强化内化转型意识、将之融入辅导员职业能力素养,以及找准主动融入转型突破口、在服务地方中增进"双创教育"指导能力等三层面提出了对策建议。
We explore the current situation and problems of the counselor team construction in the transformation development of local applied universities,and analyze the macroscopic and microscopic causes of these problems.Countermeasures from three aspects are further proposed,which include defining the task of transformational development and formulating construction planning and security system for counselors,strengthening the consciousness of internalization transformation and then integrating it into make the transformation of internalization into counselors professional ability literacy,as well as identifying the breakthrough of initiative transformation so as to enhance the guidance of "innovation and entrepreneurship education"in the service of local development.
