摘要
传统的齿轮设计方法需要不断重复修改设计参数,过程繁琐、计算量大,笔者利用Mathcad与Creo集成的解决方案,通过Mathcad带单位计算功能实现以追求体积最小为目标的齿轮传动优化设计,并把设计结果传递给Creo建模,实现设计与制造数据的关联,提高了生产的效率,具有一定的工程实践价值。
The traditional method of gear design need to constantly modify the design parameters,which is a tedious process with large amount of calculation.In this paper,Mathcad and Creo integrated solution are used to realize the optimal design of gear transmission with the smallest volume as the target by Mathcad with unit computing function.The design results are passed to the Creo modeling to realize the correlation between design and manufacturing data.
