摘要 飞机机翼结冰会对飞行安全产生严重影响。为了实现对飞机机翼的自动除冰控制,本文提出一种双余度电热除冰控制系统的设计,该系统是包含2台控制器和4台电源配电盒的综合处理系统。通过运行除冰控制解算软件,完成自动除冰控制和内部故障的实时监控,并通过主备控制器间的信息共享和对有效通道的选择和切换,使该系统具有容错机制,同时配电盒的低功耗设计,确保机翼电热除冰控制系统的可靠性。该设计具有良好的工程应用价值。 Freezing of aircraft wings can have a serious impact on flight safety. In order to realize automatic deicing control of aircraft wings. This paper presents a design of dual redundancy of electro-thermal deicing control system,This integrated processing system contains 2 controllers and 4 power distribution boxes. The automatic deicing control and real-time monitoring of internal faults are completed by running the deicing control solver software.Through the information sharing between the host and the standby controller,and the selection and switching of the effective channel,the system has the fault-tolerant mechanism,and the low power design of power distribution box can ensure the reliability of the system. This design has a certain practical value.
