In the mobile Internet age,the reader of university e-read room has been sharply reduced. This paper analyzes the causes. The university library should do the in-depth investigation and understand the real requirement of teachers and students. According to the actual situation,they should build a modern e-reading room with comfortable surroundings,rich resources and excellent service to provide qualified information service for teaching and research work of the school teachers and students.
