中钛高炉渣可磨性实验研究

摘要 与普通高炉渣相比,中钛高炉渣可磨性较差,不可用作水泥等建材添加剂;与高钛渣相比,中钛渣中钛含量较低,不适于用作提钛原料。目前中钛高炉渣主要以堆放形式处理,不仅造成资源浪费,占用大量土地,同时还会污染环境。本文重点研究了中钛高炉渣的可磨性,并与普通高炉渣的可磨性进行了对比,结果表明:中钛高炉渣可磨性比普通高炉渣差,增加其细磨时间,增加了细磨粒级的密度,但是中钛高炉渣325目粒级均低于普通高炉渣;中钛高炉渣矿物主要由黄长石、尖晶石、钙钛矿等组成,由于高硬度的钙钛矿分布在基质物相中导致中钛高炉渣可磨性差。 Compared with ordinary blast furnace slag,the grindability of medium-titanium blast furnace slag is poor,which can′t use as additive in cement and other building materials.Compared with high-titanium blast furnace slag,the content of titanium in the titanium slag is low,so it is not suitable to be used as raw material for titanium extraction.At present,the medium-titanium blast furnace slag is treated by stack,it not only wastes the resource,takes up a lot of land,but also pollutes the environment.It mainly studies the grindability of the medium-titanium slag,and compares with the grindability of the ordinary blast furnace slag.The results show that the grindability of medium-titanium blast furnace slag is worse than ordinary blast furnace slag,the proportion of fine grinding grade increases with the extension of time,however the fraction of 325 mesh fine grinding grade is lower than ordinary blast furnace slag.The medium-titanium blast furnace slag mineral mainly consists of melilite,spinel,perovskite,and so on.But due to the distribution of the high hardness′ s perovskite in the matrix phase,leading to the grindability of medium-titanium blast furnace slag is poor.
