东非地区大吸水率骨料吸水特性及机理研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用东非地区大吸水率骨料和国内普通骨料对比研究了东非地区大吸水率骨料的吸水特性,并采用X射线荧光分析、岩相分析和扫描电镜(SEM)分析等方法研究了东非地区骨料吸水率大的机理,结果表明:东非地区骨料吸水特性在浸泡60 min内,即可达到其实际吸水率的87%左右,而且浸泡30 min,东非地区大吸水率骨料吸水率即可达到普通骨料吸水率的3倍以上,东非地区大吸水率骨料均以SiO_2和Al_2O_3为主,在微观形貌上,东非地区大吸水率骨料的表面孔隙较多且尺寸大,3种东非地区骨料局部的最大孔隙尺寸分别达到400、200、100μm,而普通骨料局部最大孔隙尺寸仅为73微米左右。 The water absorption characteristics of high water absorption aggregate were studied by comparing the large water absorption aggregate in East Africa and the common aggregate,and the mechanism of large water absorption of aggregates in East Africa was studied by X ray fluorescence analysis,petrographic analysis and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)analysis.Results show that East African aggregate could reach 87% of the actual water absorption rate when it is soaked in 60 min,and the water absorption rate of the ordinary aggregate can be more than 3 times as long as the 30 min is soaked,East Africa large water absorption aggregates were dominated by SiO_2 and Al_2O_3,in morphology,East Africa aggregate water absorption rate of the surface pore and more large size,the maximum pore size of three in East Africa local aggregate were respectively 400,200 and 100 μm,and ordinary aggregate local maximum pore size was only 73 microns.
