摘要
对房屋建筑装配式混凝土结构的设计和建造工艺进行了分析和研究。预制柱、预制梁、预制楼板、预制楼梯、外挂墙板等构件是装配式混凝土框架结构的重要构件组成部分。一维构件和节点刚性连接的装配式框架结构体系在实际中应用最多的一种结构体系,因其性能与现浇结构基本一致,如抗震等级的结构上、设计方法、适用高度方面基本等同于现浇结构,在装配式剪力墙结构中,采用装配整体式剪力墙结构体系最多的是高层建筑,经过对装配式混凝土的生产工序、结构设计、施工过程等仔细研究后,同时分析了预制构件的工艺流程,并详细的阐述数控划线工艺实际当中存在的问题,并制定出有实施价值的解决方案。
The design and construction technology of prefabricated concrete structures are analyzed and studied.The precast concrete frame structure consists of precast column,precast beam,prefabricated floor,prefabricated stair,external wall panel and so on.In practice,is the most widely used prefabricated frame structure system of one-dimensional member and node connections,its performance is equivalent to the cast-in-place structure in seismic grade,structure design method,is basically equivalent to the height of cast-in-place structure,the prefabricated shear wall structure in high-rise buildings with more assembly integral shear wall structure system,through detailed study of precast concrete production process,structure design and construction process,the process of prefabricated components are analyzed,and the existing problems of the CNC technology in detail,the solutions are given at the end of the main problems in the construction process are analyzed.
