摘要
慕课作为近年新兴的教学模式,在世界范围引起了广泛的关注。法学慕课属于慕课的一种类型,具有慕课课程所具有的灵活性、优质资源共享、教学成本节约等优势,当然也存在退学率高、师生面对面互动匮乏、学分认证难以落实等问题。当前,法学慕课还处在发展的初期阶段,尚要克服考试监督、教学评估、学分认证等方面的缺陷。未来应积极推进法学慕课的学分认证进程、分层次推广法学慕课并探索提升法学慕课教学质量和教学方法,以推进我国的法学教育与教学改革。
As an emerging teaching model in recent years,MOOCs have attracted wide attention in the world.The law MOOC is one kind of MOOCs,which has the general advantages of MOOCs,such as flexibility of the courses,sharing of high quality resources and saving of teaching cost.Of course,there are also problems such as high dropout rate,lack of face-to-face interaction between teachers and students,and difficult implementation of credit certification.At present,the law MOOC is still in the initial stage of development.It needs to overcome such defects as examination supervision,teaching evaluation and credit certification,etc..In the future,we should actively promote the process of the credit accreditation of law MOOCs,popularize law MOOCs in different levels,and explore the quality and methods of improving the teaching of law MOOCs,so as to promote the reform of law education and teaching in China.
