摘要
介绍了五强溪电厂2号机组在A修期间,通过测量发现下机架存在水平度超标的情况,通过对镜板水平的测量来分析下机架水平状况,并采用在下机架各支座下方加减垫片的方法来调整下机架水平,再通过镜板水准测量进行复核。对于类似工程有一定的借鉴作用。
This paper introduces the over-standard levelness of lower bracket measured during maintenance of No.2 unit of the Wuqiangxi Hydropower Station. Meanwhile, in this paper, the levelness of lower bracket is analyzed by leveling of thrust runner, and adjusted by adding/removing gaskets below all supports of lower bracket, and then review the levelness through leveling of thrust runner, to provide certain reference for similar projects.
