摘要 地籍测量工作作为国家实施土地管理工作的重要组成部分,是地籍信息系统建设的基础。针对地籍调查手段落后、数字化程度不高的缺点,利用Maplib移动开发技术与GPS动态定位技术,结合户外地籍调查的实际情况,设计并实现了基于Android的地籍调查系统。以平湖市地籍调查为例,表明该系统不仅可以在外业调查阶段完成地籍信息的数字化,保证地籍信息的精确性,还能提供拍照、录音等证据采集手段,提高了工作效率。 As an important part of land management,cadastral survey was the foundation of cadastral information system construction. In view of the backward of cadastral investigation means and the low degree of digitalization,Maplib mobile development technology and GPS dynamic positioning technology were used combining with the actual situation of outdoor cadastral survey,cadastral survey system based on Android was designed and implemented. Taking cadastral survey in Pinghu as an example,the system could not only complete the digitization of cadastral information in the field of investigation ensuring the accuracy of cadastral information,but also provide evidence collection methods,such as photography,recording,and so on,so as to improve the work efficiency.
