Exploration on Talents Cultivation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Experimental Class

将工程认证理念融入到创新创业人才培养中,以产出导向的理念明确创新创业实验班人才培养目标,通过采用互动式理论授课、系统化专家讲座与导师制实践项目,形成创新创业教育的线上与线下相结合、理论与实践相结合、知识与能力相结合,并开展能力考核评价,将评价结果反馈到培养目标的修订中,构建创新创业教育体系的"闭环"持续改进机制。

In this paper,the talents cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship is revised and better clarified by integrating the engineering education accreditation and the concept of outcome-oriented education.Specifically,we propose to build a new mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education by introducing‘interacted＇teaching,‘systematized＇expert lectures and‘mentored＇practice projects,which effectively combines online and offline form,theory and practice,knowledge and ability during education.Finally,we employ an ability assessment mechanism to evaluate the effectiveness of our education system.The evaluation results are fed back to revise the training objective,thus constructing a closed loop to continuously improve our innovation and entrepreneurship educational system.
