摘要
随着企业内外部环境的不断变化,人力资源管理对企业发展的促进作用越来越明显,传统人力资源管理在实践过程中存在的问题也逐渐凸显。人力资源业务合作伙伴HRBP作为人力资源管理的新模式,成为企业实现人力资源管理变革的重要手段。基于当前企业人力资源管理中存在的问题,分析了HRBP视角下人力资源管理新模式的优势,从4个方面为企业人力资源管理转型升级提出了建议。
With the continuous changes of internal and external environment,the promotion of human resource management on the development of enterprises is more and more obvious.The problems existing in the practice of traditional human resource management are also gradually highlighted.Human Resources Business Partners HRBP as a new model of human resources management has become an important means of achieving changes in human resources management.Based on the existing problems in human resources management of enterprises,this paper analyzes the advantages of HRM from the perspective of HRBP,and puts forward suggestions on the transformation and upgrading of human resources management from four aspects.
