摘要 在石化厂中,管道系统如同人体的血管连接各个器官一样,将整个厂内的设备连接起来。在化工生产流程中,管道经常会产生振动问题。为验证调谐质量阻尼器对管道震动的控制效果,本文搭建管道振动控制实验台,通过实验验证了调谐质量阻尼器对管道减振的良好效果;通过改变阻尼器的质量比,进一步拓宽了其有效减振的频带宽度。同时,针对调谐质量阻尼器工作产生新的共振峰,采取开关控制进行控制。本文的结论可以给调谐质量阻尼器在实际的石化管道中的应用提供一定依据。 In a petrochemical plant,the pipe system,like the human body’s blood vessel,connects all the equipment in the plant as it connects to each organ. Therefore,it is necessary to ensure the safe operation of the pipeline,and it is of great significance to the safe production of the whole petrochemical plant. In this paper,a new type of integral package damper was designed,and a tuned mass damper experimental rig was constructed to verify the good effect of tuned mass damper on pipeline vibration reduction. By changing the mass ratio of the damper,the bandwidth of the effective vibration damping was further extended. Meanwhile,switching control is adopted to control the tuned mass damper to produce new resonance peaks. The conclusions of this paper can provide a basis for the application of tuned mass dampers in practical petrochemical pipelines.
