摘要
依据UL 1072标准研发了用于风能发电35kV耐扭曲电缆用的橡皮绝缘材料,通过对其耐热老化与电气性能的试验分析,着重解决了浸水电容变化率偏大的问题,最终满足了UL 1072标准及电缆耐扭曲试验等测试与认证的要求,替代了进口同类材料,具有良好的性价比。生产的35 kV耐扭曲风能电缆可在-40℃环境下耐扭超过2 000次并通过了成束燃烧试验,已配套著名品牌风机出口到欧美地区。
We develops the 35 kV insulation material with torsion-resistance according to UL 1072,solve the problem of flooding capacitance rating increased by aging and electrical performance,finally meets UL 1072、torsion-resistance and other certificate requirement,replace of imported material with better cost performance. The cable meets 2000 cycles of torsion-resistance with-40 ℃ and very good flame-resistance performance,application for export such Europe and US.
