Modification of Traditional Sulfur Production Line

对使用燃煤或燃气锅炉生产橡套电缆的连硫生产线进行改造,弃用锅炉,改用蒸汽发生器产生饱和蒸汽,硫化管道使用电能作为加热源。使包覆的橡胶混合物在低压高温状态下进行硫化。

The modification of the sulfur production line used coal-fired or gas boiler is introduced,steam generator is used to produce saturated steam instead of boilers,the sulfide pipeline uses electricity as heating source. The rubber mixture coat is vulcanized at low pressure and high temperature.
