Engineering Application of Insulated Tube Busbar to Half Insulated Tube Busbar

绝缘管母性能虽优但故障率高。分析了使用矩形铜排、电缆或半绝缘管母改造绝缘管母的方案,推荐选择半绝缘管母。针对半绝缘管母方案,讨论了绝缘管母可否重复利用、安全距离、墙体内外情况、管母高度等问题,最后介绍了工程实施中需要提前安排的几种情况,为该类型项目的实施提供参考。

The insulated tube busbar has excellent performance but high failure rate. This paper introduces the analysis of scheme for the transformation of insulated tube busbar by rectangular bus bar,cable,or half insulated tube busbar. The proposal of copper-tube bus with insulator is the recommended option. For this proposal,it is needed to consider whether insulated tube busbar can be repeatedly used,safety distance equipment,the questions of the wall inside and outside,installation height etc. At last the problems of engineering implementation must be prepared is introduced. It provides reference for transformation of the insulated tube busbar.
