摘要
炼油厂常减压蒸馏装置的腐蚀问题相对较多,尤以常顶系统的腐蚀较为严重,腐蚀特征主要为低温部位的HCl-H_2S-H_2O型腐蚀及铵盐垢下腐蚀,单凭升级材质很难抑制低温部位腐蚀,应配合工艺防腐蚀措施才能有效抑制腐蚀。根据HCl-H_2S-H_2O型腐蚀及铵盐垢下腐蚀的特点,分析了塔顶冷凝系统的腐蚀成因,并提出了相应的防腐蚀措施及管理方法。
Corrosion problems of atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit take up a large proportion of all the troubles in a refinery,especially for overhead system,which characterizes with HCl-H2S-H2O corrosion and ammonium salt corrosion in low temperature section. It is difficult to keep such corrosion under control by upgrading material unless to carry out preventive measures.Corrosion cause of overhead condensing system was analyzed based on characteristics of HCl-H2 S-H2O corrosion and ammonium salt corrosion,and corresponding measures and management approaches were put forward.
